When you purchase your ticket(s), they will be manually filled out. for the Florida Surf Museum / Surfing Santas Raffle

These are the Official Rules for the Florida Surf Museum / Surfing Santas raffle for a “1996 Toyota Hilux SSR X SUV” offer. Florida Surf Museum is a registered Florida 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. The Florida Surf Museum is dedicated to preserving Florida’s rich surfing heritage through exhibits, research and preservation. Funds from the Raffle will support The Florida Surf Museum, Grind for Life and other non-profits.

General Conditions:

By entering, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Florida Surf Museum.

By entering this drawing, all participants and winner(s) consent to the use of their names and likeness in any publicity related to the drawing and its outcome without compensation and waives any and all claims against the Florida Surf Museum and Surfing Santas of Cocoa Beach. Participants of this drawing must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and a citizen of the United States of America. No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter the raffle. Donations for tickets will begin on October 1, 2022 and will cease at 1030 am EST on December 24, 2022. Winner will be chosen by a random drawing. The Drawing will be held on December 24, 2022 at 11:30 am EST during the Surfing Santas Event. Drawing will be held on the stage located on the beach in front of “Coconuts on the Beach”, 2 Minutemen Causeway, Cocoa Beach, Florida 32931. Winner will be announced publicly at the event and will be contacted by phone or email from information provided on the ticket. Winner does not need to be present. Any surfboard, seen, shown, displayed, or pictured on the vehicle is NOT included in the drawing and will not be awarded to the winner.

No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter the raffle. There is a suggested minimum donation of $20.00 dollars per single entry ticket or a suggested donation of $100 for 6 tickets. If you wish to donate to get tickets, please do so in person at one of the locations listed on our website at https://surfingsantas.org/raffle/ or by mail as detailed below. Donations may be tax deductible and deductions may benefit donors differently. Tickets for this drawing will be issued on first come, first served basis. There is no minimum or maximum number of tickets to be sold. Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to Florida Surf Museum and sent to: Florida Surf Museum, P.O. Box 321453, Cocoa Beach, FL 32932. All monies must clear for ticket to be valid. To receive a single-entry free ticket, or to receive a ticket in return for a donation for less than the suggested amount, requests must be received in writing, and must include your name, address, valid email address, valid phone number. You must also include an empty self-addressed, stamped envelope for the ticket to be mailed to you. To be eligible, mail-in requests for a free entry must be postmarked by December 1, 2022. Only one free ticket per person, per household, via written request, is available. Free tickets and tickets in exchange for less than the suggested amount, must be requested in writing and may not be requested through the internet or phone or at ticket sales locations.

For tickets by mail send check along with an empty self-addressed stamped envelope, to Florida Surf Museum, P.O. Box 321453, Cocoa Beach, FL 32932. Mail must be postmarked no later than December 1, 2022. Drawing is open to all official ticket holders. Forgeries, copies, or tickets produced or duplicated in any way are null and void and will not be accepted. Florida Surf Museum reserves the right to award prize to those whom it determines to be the winner. All decisions are. Writing of contact information on the ticket must be legible. If the writing is illegible on the ticket and/or no contact details are given, a new winner will be selected on the day of the draw. Winner will be responsible for all taxes (Federal, State and Local) as well as for vehicle licensing, registration and delivery (could be up to $2500 or more). Winner will be notified within 15 days by telephone, e-mail and/or US Mail using the information provided at the time of ticket purchase. Winner must present purchase receipt and/or winning ticket and valid identification to claim prize. Prize must be claimed within 30 days. If prize is not claimed by January 24th, 2023, winner will forfeit prize and a new winner will be selected.

Prize is in “used condition”. The vehicle comes with no warranty and will be awarded in “as is” condition at time of drawing. Florida Surf Museum makes no warranty of any nature with respect to the raffle or the prize, whether in respect of fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality or otherwise. Entrants acknowledge that, except as specifically set forth herein, Florida Surf Museum has not made and disclaims all liability for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, related to the raffle or the prize.
