SURFING SANTAS RAFFLE: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This raffle is organized and administered by The Florida Surf Museum. This page is for general terms and conditions. Please see our OFFICIAL RULES for complete information.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible to enter the raffle, entrants must:
• Be over 18 years of age at the time of entry and a citizen of the United States.
• Have purchased at least one ticket at $10 each.
• And/or have requested only one free ticket.
PRIZES
The prize consists of the following: Ron Jon surfboard that is autographed by famous groups and celebrities that have performed at the King Center for the Performing arts. Winner will also receive a “2024 King Center Passport: A Year-Long Entertainment Journey.” The Passport includes one (1) pair of tickets to one (1) show each month, January – December 2024, including the 2024 Classic Albums Live Series (May – October). Winner will receive a list of eligible events each month to choose from. King Center event Tickets are non-transferable, and unclaimed tickets for each month do not rollover.
RETURN POLICY
Your ticket purchase is a donation to Florida Surf Museum and is non-refundable. The raffle tickets cannot be returned or refunded. Please see our Official Raffle Refund and Returns Policy.
PLEASE NOTE
The raffle is based on physical paper raffle tickets. When you purchase your ticket(s) online, you will get a digital receipt emailed to you. This is your confirmation and proof that you are entered into the raffle with the quantity of tickets you purchased. Surfing Santas will convert your online order to physical tickets for entry into the raffle. The physical tickets will be manually filled out by Surfing Santa staff members with your Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone and Email information you provided in the online order. The tickets will then be entered into the raffle on your behalf. You will NOT receive physical tickets in the mail when you purchase them online. Again, your email receipt will be your proof of official entry.
CLOSING DATE
Closing date for returning tickets to the Florida Surf Museum and entering the draw is governed by the Official Rules.
WINNERS
The winner will be drawn by random drawing on December 24th as described in the Official Rules. Florida Surf Museum’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified within 15 working days of the closing date by phone or email from information provided on the ticket. The winner’s name will be announced on Surfingsantas.org. Full address details will not be disclosed.
Also:
• The winner will be contacted by phone or email. Prize must be claimed within 30 days. If prize is not claimed by January 24th, 2024, winner will forfeit prize and a new winner will be selected.
• If the writing is illegible on the ticket and no contact details are given, a new winner will be selected on the day of the draw.
• The prize is non-transferable and only consist of what is listed above.
• By entering the drawing, the winner confirms their agreement to take part in any associated publicity.
PLEASE NOTE
Florida surf Museum respects, and is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide will remain private and will only be used for the purposes outlined here. All proceeds fund the work of Florida Surf Museum, a 501(c)(3) a not-for-profit organization, Grind for Life and other non-profits. The Car Drawing will be held, in accordance with the Official Rules, at the Surfing Santas of Cocoa Beach event on December 24th. You need not be present to win.
We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or terminate the raffle or alter the raffle at any time without prior notice.
